Blue Sky MediaDesk 2.1 Desktop Monitor System
The MediaDesk 2.1 desktop monitor system is optimized for computer-driven audio recording and production. Easily expandable to a 5.1 monitor system with the MediaDesk 5.1 upgrade, MediaDesk 2.1 incorporates two ultracompact, 2-way satellite speakers, each featuring a high-quality 4″ driver and a 1″ tweeter, along with a dedicated 8″ powered subwoofer and Bass Management System. MediaDesk can be easily upgraded to a space-efficient 5.1 multi-speaker system with the 5.1 Upgrade, which includes three more satellites, the amplifier/control module, and the 5.1 Remote.

Blue Sky SUB 12 Powered Subwoofer
The Blue Sky SUB 12 was specifically designed to complement the SAT 6.5 and SAT 6.5 MK II Satellite speakers. Featuring a cast aluminum frame, 12″ forward-firing driver with 2″ voice coil, the SUB 12 has a dedicated 200W amplifier with a frequency response of 30Hz-200 Hz +/ 3 dB (anechoic) and a typical response of 20Hz to 200Hz (3000 Cubic Foot Room). In addition, the SUB 12 has a built-in 2.1 bass management system with a 4th order, 80 Hz Linkwitz-Riley low-pass filter and 2nd order 80Hz high pass filter for the satellite. Rear panel functions include: Right/Left In and Out; SUB In and Out (for connecting multiple subwoofers); Mute and Phase switches; SUB Gain & Power LED; Power switch; and Slo-Blo Fuse. Measuring 18″H x 15″W x 20″D and weighing 62 lbs., the SUB 12 features MDF construction with four recessed 1/4″ x 20 threaded inserts for either spiked or rubber feet.The SUB 12 is also fully compatible with Blue Sky’s SAT 5 / SAT 5 MKII and SAT 12*. Blue Sky Sky System One SAT 6.5 MK II Satellite 2.1 Studio Monitor
The Blue Sky SAT 6.5 MK II is an extremely precise satellite speaker designed for modern 2.1 monitoring setups where the bass response is provided by a subwoofer. It features a cast aluminum frame 6.5″ hemispherical driver and a 1″ dual concentric diaphragm tweeter with integral wave guide for superior off-axis response. Powered by two custom-designed 100W amplifiers with a highly optimized electronic crossover, the SAT 6.5 Satellite delivers clean, accurate sound with a reproduction frequency response of 80Hz-20kHz +/ 3.0dB (200Hz-10kHz +/ 1.5dB). On the rear panel there is a power switch, voltage selector switch, fuse holder, gain control, 12dB input attenuator switch, LED power indicator, 80Hz high pass filter switch and a balanced XLR input. It is housed in a compact, shielded MDF enclosure with M6 X 12mm inserts for stand attachment. How about an easy way to set up a surround system? “The Stand” from Blue Sky is a fully adjustable speaker support system designed to work with nearly all manufacturers’ near field monitors weighing up to approximately 80 lbs., including Blue Sky’s SAT 6.5 and SAT 5 monitors. Thanks to its unique and patented leg assembly, “The Stand” is easily adjustable, without any tools, from 33.5″ to 45.5″ in 3/4″ increments (from the ground to the top of the mounting plate). “The Stand” weighs 25 lbs. and features an ultra stable, four-leg, 30″ diameter, cast iron base.
